Add mapped concept to metadata (mapping columns)

• Implement “Add Mapping” functionality that updates the metadata record

• User can finalize the mapping, and metadata reflects the new concept

• Must handle concurrency if multiple users are mapping simultaneously.

• - Concept ID

• - Match Score: Overall confidence score

• - Decision: Map, None, Exclude, Propose

• - Proposed: If new concept suggested
• - Repo Version
• - Repo ID: source (CIEL, MSF)
• - Repo URL: Link to repository version
