/repos/ ownerType and repoType URL params

Swagger does not have ownerType parameter for /repos/, /orgs/:org/repos/, etc., but it does seem to already be implemented at the API level and it is available as a facet in TBv3.

Swagger also does not have repoType parameter (e.g. "Source", "Collection") -- this does not appear to be implemented in the API and it is not available as a facet in TBv3, but we definitely want it to be.

Both of these need to be added to swagger.
