Cynitor v0.7.2

The port is now configurable

./cynitor-server --bind 0.0.0.0 --port 9099

Fixes addresses the server advertises

Both now follow reality. The WebSocket URL is derived from the request, so it
is also correct behind a reverse proxy or when reached by hostname rather than
localhost — which was wrong before regardless of the port.
