Migrate Generic Symmetric and OffGrid ESS to @GenerateTargetsFromReferences for battery, battery inverter, and off-grid switch; remove ConfigAdmin *_target wiring and align tests to JUnit Jupiter. Channel manager, start/stop, and OffGrid grid-switch / deep-discharge behaviour are unchanged.
