ESPHome-based OpenGarage Firmware v0.10.26

First experimental release of OpenGarage for ESPHome. Feedback and testing are welcome.

• Native, local Home Assistant integration.
• One unified firmware for OpenGarage v2.0–v2.2 and v2.3+ boards with 4 MB flash.
• Dry-contact control, plus Security+ 1.0 and 2.0 on v2.3+.
• Door controls, vehicle sensing, adjustable distance thresholds, and buzzer warnings.
• Security+ opener light, remote lock, and obstruction reporting.
• Built-in web interface, Wi-Fi setup, OTA updates, and audible IP reporting.
