USB-first release candidate for OGLO firmware 0.9.9+ / schema 6.

Hardware validation was performed with a left/right pair on firmware 0.9.10 over USB. BLE support is experimental and was not release-qualified.

Install the attached wheel with:

pip install ./oglo-0.1.0rc1-py3-none-any.whl

Verify downloads against SHA256SUMS before installation.
