ObjectState1.3.1 original-tag artifact handoff
Singer owns this local artifact build/qualification/GitHub release asset.
Planck owns its ordinary OpenHCS receiving17 integration. The existing queued
OIDC publisher37347980512 is retained; no tag replacement, duplicate dispatch,
PyPI credential bypass or old-wheel byte-equivalence claim.
No active deliverer responded on25; no open ObjectState PR claims the artifact.
No1.3.1 wheel was found in retained local checkout/reference locations. The
completed existing ObjectState checkout was clean and had no process borrower;
its historical branch9b23249 is preserved. New qualification branch uses exact
annotated v1.3.1 source1d36774bcd4a20871bbd1a8fb0f5f80ba0b34547.
Verified origin is https://github.com/OpenHCSDev/ObjectState.git.
Current declared mainc75a457182e6b158ce68c759cb1ef5c86c849afa differs ONLY
in scripts/verify_release_ready.py and tests/test_release_readiness.py.
Package src, pyproject/version/build configuration and publisher workflow are
byte-identical. This source relationship does not invent an older wheel SHA.
Reuse paired Python and existing build/hatchling/twine/pytest/dill tools.
No environment creation, dependency download or source implementation changes.
One no-isolation build uses the existing hatchling declaration; qualification
uses the original ObjectState suite and ordinary built-wheel metadata/RECORD
source matching. Qualified PI0.2.1 dependency wheel from Planck is private
read-only input; no shared or scientific prefix is changed.
Actual host observation:10.0GiB available,8.6GiB historical swap, home7.6GiB/root
5.7GiB; original resource helper returns critical2 on disk/swap warnings.
The small dependency build is permitted proportionally under standing guidance,
not a cap override or scientific fleet admission. No invented memory ceiling.

Build, test, package and publication outcomes are pending, not implied by this
ownership checkpoint. GitHub wheel handoff will unblock541; source/native541
acceptance remains separate and current scientific packages remain immutable.
Terminal qualification
Existing paired Python built with python -m build --no-isolation --outdir
against the exact tag, one CPU/60s outer bound, no memory cap. Build01 completed0
in0.88s, peak27592KiB, swaps0. No new tools/dependency downloads/environment.
Only the qualified wheel is published; the intermediate sdist is retained
locally (it also includes this untracked qualification note, not a tagged file).
Wheel objectstate-1.3.1-py3-none-any.whl is138148 bytes, SHA256::

Standard ZIP CRC passes; all33 hashed RECORD entries/byte sizes pass and match
the ordinary private install. All30 package members exactly match git show v1.3.1:src/objectstate/...; no extra package member exists. Original METADATA
declares ObjectState1.3.1, dill>=0.4.0, PythonIntrospect>=0.2.0,<0.3.
Twine check PASSED. This is a newly built artifact, not an allegedly identical
old unreceived wheel. Current mainc75a457 package/build/workflow diff is empty.
All215 original exact-tag tests PASS from source in0.94s. A NEW ordinary private
prefix installs ONLY this wheel plus Planck's original qualified PI0.2.1 wheel,
with pip --no-deps --no-index --target; shared prefixes are untouched. The same
original215 tests, extracted byte-exact with git archive into a qualification
directory outside a source checkout, PASS in1.38s against explicitly asserted
installed ObjectState/PI origins and versions. Original conftest is unchanged;
its nonexistent source-directory prepend does not substitute package source.
Raw build01/tests01/install01/installed-tests01/twine01/verify01 logs remain
under the named artifact root; both pytest handles and build are terminal0.
No scientific client/native/viewer was started. Release asset submission is
next; queued OIDC/PyPI publication is NOT claimed complete or redispatched.
