Two Skills, One Install

• One Install now teaches the agent both recall and the daily note — Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor get luci and distill-my-life together. Ask for what you saw, then ask it to write the day.
• Onboarding shows the payoff — The last step is the day writing itself once those skills are in place.
• Performance — Lighter when idle, quieter on Mac, and a few rough edges around updates and the installer.
