Platform Reality

Primary runtime target is Windows desktop.
Linux/macOS workflows may rely on Wine for some paths.
Toolchain setup on non-Windows can vary and is not always plug-and-play.

Save Model Limitation

Saves are full rewrites, not tiny in-place patches.

Implications:

Save time scales with archive size.
Interrupting save is risky.
Backups are strongly recommended.

UX/Behavior Limitations To Remember

Staged (unsaved) entries are shown with *.
Staged entries are skipped by extraction until saved.
Some format UI paths need manual verification in your environment.
