Bug fixes:

• OLMIS-8360: A failed catalog upload no longer clears the chosen file, so the field stops claiming it is required and the user can correct the file and retry without picking it again.
• OLMIS-8294: Pass sonar.projectVersion to the SonarCloud scanner through its args instead of appending it to sonar-project.properties during the build, so a missing trailing newline can no longer glue it onto the lcov report-path line and drop coverage to 0%.
