Packaging only. No library API changes.

Added

  • Wheels for musl-based Linux (musllinux_1_2_x86_64), so pip install tenseal works on Alpine without building from source (#528) — closes #526
  • Wheels for 64-bit ARM Linux (manylinux_2_28_aarch64), covering AWS Graviton and 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS (#529) — closes #507

Fixed

  • Wheel artifacts were named after the runner label rather than the platform tag, so the manylinux and musllinux wheels overwrote each other and a release published one platform short without reporting an error (#530)
  • The C++ test binary linked SEAL twice, which crashed the process at exit on musl (#528)
  • cmake/protobuf.cmake reported a configure failure as Failed to download protobuf, pointing users at the network instead of the real cause (#527)

This release publishes 20 wheels across five platforms, plus a source distribution.
