When the application has an error, the desire is to make this error easy to spot so that a fix can be easily scheduled and fixed. An important addition would be an .svg vector file that looks unique to clearly communicate an error state for any icons. In addition, a standard 16:9 or 16:10 error image might also come in handy especially around the session or world browser. The spawnable images would also benefit from this, but it is likely this would need to be a 1:1 aspect ratio.
