DCA-Groups and DCA-Logic for all channel-types is implemented 👍

Todo

• create three "flexbanks" for flexible assignments (DCA-Spill, EQ on Faders, ...), that can be filled and loaded on the fly
• DCA Spill (via toggle of DCA select button)

this will not be implemented:

• assign channels to DCA Group (via long press (500ms) of DCA select button -> like original firmware)
