Update SimHash

Feature requests OpTeam:

• e.g. D as the last character in SimHash as an indicator if default or modified setup (relates to Add parameter change warning summary #750)
• Indicator if S/M/L size of the avalanche
  (Sidenote: requested com1DFA behaviour: default only the "default" setup, S/M only on request)
