DGC v0.29.2

Native human reviews now wait for your decision instead of expiring after five minutes. Questions include an Other text answer, and grouped decisions support separate tabs with one Submit action.

• Browse skills and change permission mode during active turns. Pending permissions recheck the selected mode while preserving explicit ask/deny rules and workspace trust.
• Steer a native turn with Enter. Queue a later editor turn with Alt+Enter or Queue; use Tab in the terminal. Unapplied inputs survive interruption.
• Review grouped questions in tabs in the extension and full-screen CLI, or use the classic terminal question list and batch submission. Cancelling never selects the first option.
• Use consistent Settings Save buttons and a waiting-for-input status while a decision is pending.

Update both components: CLI 0.29.2 and extension 0.16.2, using protocol v6. External subscription CLI follow-ups remain queued; their mode changes apply on the next launch.
