Matching blockers

The maintained shared knowledge is in docs/MATCHING-BLOCKERS.md in the main RAC2 repository.

Every contributor can edit any entry through a normal pull request, including entries originally written by someone else. A coding AI edits that Markdown file in its normal repository checkout with file and Git commands; no wiki clone or Computer Use is needed.
