Summary

Complete the bounded CAGE-2 research example as a release-checkable installed pack while preserving RAES authority and the federated catalog boundary.

Changes

  • Complete the installed cage2-research pack with compatibility, provenance, and golden-readiness metadata, then reseal its content manifest.
  • Exercise the packaged example through the published content-CI and release-check command surfaces.
  • Pin the CybORG qualification build backend so recorded wheel identities remain reproducible across tool releases.
  • Document the adapter/catalog boundary and researcher validation commands.

Test Plan

  • Unit tests pass
  • Integration tests pass if applicable
  • Configured completion command passes
  • No coverage regression

Canonical make verify and make policy passed, including clean-install distribution probes, published pack content/release checks, and CybORG qualification replay.
