Overview / 概述

v2.2.0 focuses on report lifecycle improvements and more reliable clinical summary behavior.

v2.2.0 主要聚焦于报告管理能力补全，以及临床摘要与可视化口径的一致化。

This release adds end-to-end document deletion support, prevents newly uploaded reports from inheriting stale manual titles, and ensures cumulative aggregation is only used where it is clinically meaningful.

本版本新增了完整的报告删除能力，修复了新上传报告沿用旧标题的问题，并统一了“哪些指标应累计、哪些应取最新”的展示逻辑。

  • Added document deletion support across API, storage, and mobile report detail flow

  • Deleting a report now removes it from the patient record and triggers recalculation of downstream summaries

  • Storage cleanup is supported for both local file storage and MinIO-backed storage

  • 新增报告删除功能，覆盖 API、存储层和移动端报告详情页

  • 删除报告后，会从患者档案中移除，并触发下游摘要与可视化的重新计算

Clinical passport and aggregation rules / 临床护照与汇总规则

  • MRI findings continue to aggregate across multiple reports for cumulative body-map presentation

  • Passport report titles now use recognized labels instead of stale generic names where available

  • Latest-only logic is preserved for blood tests, respiratory monitoring, and cardiac monitoring

  • Strength remains based on the most recent structured record for each muscle group

  • MRI 受累图继续按多份报告累计展示，避免新报告覆盖旧受累分布

  • 临床护照中的报告标题改为优先展示识别结果，而不是沿用旧的通用命名

  • 血检、呼吸、心脏监测继续保持“最新一次”口径

  • 肌力继续按每个肌群最近一次结构化记录展示
