nomimono 0.5.0

🍶 monomono is now nomimono (飲み物, Japanese for "a drink"), at github.com/OpenRelationship/nomimono. The package folder is packages/nomimono, the buck2 cell @nomimono//, the toolchain marker # nomimono:toolchain, the bootstrap nomimono (~/.nomimono), telemetry names nomimono., and the manifest section [nomimono]. just mono, MONO_ variables and the mono.toml / mono.just file names are unchanged.

Upgrading: just mono update runs migrations/0.5.0.sh, which moves packages/monomono to packages/nomimono (submodule, tracked or untracked) and rewrites the repo's own BUCK files, .buckconfig, toolchains/BUCK, justfile import, mono.toml, and AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md / .agents/. It never touches submodules/ or vendored trees. Then run just check and commit. Re-run install.sh to get the nomimono bootstrap.

Also: MONO_DOC_MAX_LINES sets the line budget for PROJECT.md, feature.md and library.md (default 200; 0 means none). An agent skill ships at skills/nomimono/SKILL.md.

Linux: the hermetic interpreter now exports the Lua API (-Wl,-E), so C modules on LUA_CPATH load. The self-test is green on ubuntu and macOS in CI.

Second review from typeaway, answered in code: lua_library prefix, host wins over bin, own feature runner without steps, lua_typecheck luarc, function-module stubs, anchored ignores + allow-duplicate-recipes (migration 0.4.1), mono init --no-context/--provider, domain-free telemetry with consumer profiles, and the just lua dev loop / .lua hooks / --steps running under lua-config and lua-host. Self-test adds a vendored, context-less, python-free consumer.

Lua as a first-class graph. just toolchain add lua declares a hermetic Lua 5.4.7 built from pinned source into buck-out (lua-system for PATH interpreters). Rules: lua_library (luac -p on every build), lua_binary, lua_test, lua_bundle (optional bytecode), lua_embed (C header or Rust source), lua_cxx_library for hosts that embed the interpreter. Feature tests can be .lua. luarocks adapter.

monomono 0.2.0

The package now lives at packages/monomono instead of .mono (migration included; existing consumers run just mono update). New install.sh: one curl installs just, buck2, and the monomono bootstrap under ~/.local/bin. Bootstrap gains upgrade and doctor.
