Boundary dataset for OpenSAK's offline reverse-geocoding engine (country/state/county), generated from Mike Wood's (GSAK custodian, lignumaqua) bb.db3 via tools/boundaries/gsak_to_opensak.py in the main repository.
Dataset version 46. Coverage: 383 countries, 1931 states, 20026 counties. Country/state geometry is Douglas-Peucker simplified for install size (counties stay full-resolution, fetched on demand). All geometry validity-checked and repaired.
