alaw -> g723 transcoding issue on opensips 1.10beta

I`ve tried to make some tests with sangoma D500 and opensips. I used as softphone sipLite.
All the tests were fine with gsm, alaw, ulaw,g729 but with g723 failed to create Transcoding Session.
Used codecs for this test : alaw - > g723

The strace is nice, but I actually asked if you could do a SIP trace (e.g. with a network traffic capturing tool like ngrep).
Nevertheless, there is enough information in the logs. I will try to replicate (and hopefully fix) both the ugly bad descriptor issue and the actual sngtc_create_transcoding_session() call failure.
