Display still not working with OpenSees3.6.0

Hello, again,
@fmckenna Thanks for fixing the dll problem with OpenSees3.6.0.
But it seems that Display is still not working with OpenSees3.6.0 just like OpenSees3.5.0.
The same tcl script works well with OpenSees3.3.0 but Display windows don't show up with OpenSees3.5.0 or OpenSees3.6.0.
Could you help with this issue? Thank you in advance.

Just reiterating this problem - it is still not working

I compiled today 3.7.1 for Linux and it works, I tought it was owing to Tcl distro I must use on Windows...
