• BREAKING: azimuth_east turns anti-clockwise seen from above, atan(y, x), like azimuth_north and the wind-frame azimuth; it turned clockwise before. Code that used -azimuth_east(vec) as the right-handed angle now uses azimuth_east(vec).

Fixed

• The docstring of azn2azw says the wind-frame azimuth turns anti-clockwise, as it does; it said clockwise.
