Enums were found to not be getting compared as expected

Modifications

* Removed some dead code
* Updated `PropertyComparer` to ignore enums so they can naturally
compute their equality
* Added Tests for missing use case (`EndToEnd`, updated
`PropertyComparerTests` to account for enum changes)
* Updated packages where possible
* Integrated hexagonal meta data library changes for v1, using
intermediate library for initial changes to prevent breaking change

Result
----
Enum comparison is working as expected

internal property validations

* Ignore indexers during comparisons
* Ignore internal comparison failures during unordered list comparison
* Update UnitTests to reflect changes

Result
----
DeepEquals handles internal comparison and indexers without throwing
unexpected errors
