Initial public release of the Open Source Scouting Design System.

A React + Tailwind v4 component library that themes the Scouting America parent brand and its four program sub-brands (Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts) from a single set of CSS-variable design tokens selected by a data-program attribute.
