Repeatedly receiving heart rhythm notification

I am constantly getting notifications about irregular heart rhythm.

Thanks for the report. Root cause: the insight notifications carry a "once per day" dedupe key but nothing actually enforces it — so while today's rhythm-screen flag is set, the alert re-fires on essentially every background sync instead of once. Fixing that now (a persistent guard so each alert fires at most once), which also stops the other insight alerts from repeating. If it still shows once a day and you feel that's wrong for your data, let us know and we'll look at the detector's sensitivity separately.
