Bump Tuist to 4.206.0

Summary

• Bump Tuist from 4.203.4 to 4.206.0 in the default and Compute configurations.
• Restore the macOS-only indexing flag and remove the generated resource header patch.
• Update DarwinPrivateFrameworks and OpenAttributeGraph to their merged Tuist upgrades.

Closes #1006.
