Translate all remaining English Manual pages to Turkish (root, Base Set, Tutorial, Game Mechanics), deduplicate alternate TR titles, and update navigation templates and internal links to canonical paths.
Replace English kph/km/h/MPH abbreviations in TR Manual pages with the wiki’s usual Turkish metric form (km/s) and lowercase mph for imperial.

The wiki should be edited via the wiki interface, not GitHub, please. 🙂 |
Drop scripts/manual_title_map.json and manual_missing.json — they are local translation tooling, not part of the wiki content tree.
