Install

pip install opentide==0.1.1

If you already pinned 0.1.0, upgrade. That wheel crashes after pip writes bytecode next to bundled configuration TOMLs, and opentide setup skills discover never ran as a subcommand.

Fixed

  • opentide generate and opentide validate no longer raise UnicodeDecodeError when pip has compiled __pycache__ beside packaged configuration TOMLs. Nested configuration directories load *.toml only. Same class of fix as PR #150 (Remi SEGUY).
  • opentide setup skills discover and show are parsed as subcommands. A positional PATH on the skills group was consuming those names and falling through to an interactive install.
  • Starter skills (opentide-detection-rule, detection-engineering) install from the packaged skill trees when GitHub is unreachable.
