Fixed

• Unquoted YYYY-MM-DD values in metadata.created / modified no longer crash opentide generate with TypeError: Object of type date is not JSON serializable (#178).
• Interactive opentide setup no longer raises ValueError: validate must be callable on the CI workflow features checkbox (#177).
