0.12.1 — live check noise

9 October 2026. Patch on 0.12.0.

A missing credential is logged once, not once per object. Re-run opentide setup ci so a live query job guards only the $VAR names in that platform file. A skip exits 2. Exit 0 means the tenant check ran.

Fixed

• fetch_config_envvar reports each unset configuration variable once per process. The live check still ends on the FATAL panel that names those variables.
• Generated CI no longer treats every $VAR in the bundled platform sample as required. The guard reads the enabled platform file, ignores comments and literals, and exits 2 on a skip.
