0.8.2 — Memoised object index and quoted vocabulary keys

Upgrade for a memoised object index and vocabulary files that keep dotted keys quoted. It does not change accepted input, CLI output, or exit codes, and it does not require regenerating CI.

Changed

• OpenTide.Models.FlatIndex is memoised for the current registry snapshot. Clearing IndexManager._cache drops that memo, so a rebuilt index cannot return the previous object map (#436).
• run_extract and run_extract_import forward keyword arguments to the extraction runner. The CLI passes none, so an existing run() still works (#436).

Fixed

• Vocabulary writers quote dotted list keys ("tide.vocab.stages"). An entry that already stores stages under the nested table is still read (#436).
