This fifth beta pre-release adds DALI color temperature and RGB support (dimensions 14 & 12) and the BTicino F461 gateway profile.

Key Highlights & Fixes:

• DALI Tunable White & RGB Lighting (WHO 1 Dimensions 14 & 12):
  • Added support for reading and commanding color temperature in mireds (*#1*WHERE*14*TEMP## / *#1*WHERE*#14*TEMP##).
  • Added support for RGB color telemetry and commands (*#1*WHERE*12*R*G*B## / *#1*WHERE*#12*R*G*B##).
  • Sentinel value rejection: gracefully ignores non-tunable white sentinel (*#1*WHERE*14*1##) and non-RGB sentinel (*#1*WHERE*12*511*127*255##).
• BTicino F461 Gateway Profile:
  • Added hardware profile for the F461 DALI OpenWebNet gateway with 4 command sessions, HMAC authentication, native transitions, and extended frames.
• Static Analysis & Standards:
  • Clean Ruff linting and Mypy typing across all modules.
