Opencomplai v0.6.0 lands the dashboard's dossier-envelope producer (docs generate --push, push --kind dossier-envelope), a CLI documentation truth pass (the README and CI integration guide now match what the commands actually do), and shared EU AI Act checker golden vectors verified against both the OSS and vendored engines — alongside a round of CI, tooling and dependency fixes: ruff pinned and reformatted, live CI badges instead of static SVGs, cryptography/pillow security floors, a weekly dependency audit, and a working Node CI pipeline.

Thanks to @BachAssaf for reporting the four issues behind that CI/security round — #50 (Node CI never actually started), #51 (the README badges always showed passing), #52 (lint red on an unpinned ruff), and #53 (no scheduled security scan, no Dependabot config).
