The Python services (risk-engine, evidence-vault, doc-generator,
egress-proxy) now log one JSON object per line to standard output (ts, level, logger, service, msg, plus exc_info, and trace_id inside
an active OpenTelemetry span), and log errors that their request handlers
used to swallow. LOG_LEVEL sets the level (default INFO; an
unrecognised value falls back to INFO with a warning), and the Compose
stack now passes it to each service. Validation failures caused by client
input log only the exception class, never the submitted values. Uvicorn's
own startup and access lines stay plain text. Thanks to @Reh1t (#93).
Changed
The adversarial evaluator (EVAL_ADVERSARIAL_V1) recognises two more
refusal-suppression prompts ("never say 'as an AI'", "do not say 'I
cannot'"), one more compliant-output phrasing and five more refusal
phrasings ("I'm sorry, but", "I am unable to", ...), so results on the same
samples can differ from 0.9.0. Thanks to @Reh1t (#91).
configure_telemetry() in opencomplai-core now also sets up logging, with
or without OpenTelemetry installed: it adds the new opencomplai_core.telemetry.JsonFormatter handler to the root logger (once,
next to any handlers already there), sets the root level from LOG_LEVEL
(default INFO) and keeps httpx/httpcore at WARNING or above, since
their request lines carry full URLs.
Fixed
risk-engine: an override idempotency key containing a space or control
character no longer breaks the duplicate-override lookup; the key is
percent-encoded in the request path.
