Sessions should not allow duplicate target ID

When listing target IDs in a session, it should not be possible to write duplicate target IDs.

This could be enforced within the Session class somehow, or it could just be enforced at session write time.

• session class -- it makes sense to enforce this in the post_init perhaps
• it may also make sense to enforce it as sessions are being written to the database

On the main readme there is a reference to DVC example data -- it may be helpful for testing things out so let me know when you get to that point if you need it
