Added Mixed Elevation straight and 4-way
Added a cityblock book using the mixed elevation blueprints supporting 6/3/2 car trains.

Wall's maintenance roboports no longer include a constant combinator and maintenance requesters instead use the roboport count signal from the roboport (I didn't notice it existed before)
