Superseded — binaries removed

This release predates the project's current name. Its installers were built
with the old branding baked into them, so they could not be corrected in
place and have been removed rather than left to install an app under a name
the project no longer uses.

Download the latest release instead.

The tag v0.24.0 still points at this version's source, and the commit log for
it is on the changelog.

Source for the bundled OpenVPN

OpenVPN is GPL-2.0 and the corresponding source for this version's build
remains published here as openvpn-2.6.22-source.tar.gz, unmodified at the
pinned upstream commit. scripts/build-openvpn.sh is the recipe that turns
it into the shipped binary.
