v0.3.1 - Fix missing CUDA extensions in wheel

Bug Fix

Fixed an issue where CUDA extensions were not included in the PyPI wheel.

What was wrong

• The package_data pattern _cuda_* didn't match .pyd extension files
• Result: wheels were built without CUDA extensions, causing import errors

Fix

• Changed pattern to *.pyd and *.so to properly include all extensions
• Now the fat wheel correctly bundles all 4 CUDA variants
