Changes

  • Fix ABI compatibility: Build CUDA extensions with the oldest PyTorch version for each CUDA variant
    • cu118: PyTorch 2.5.1
    • cu124: PyTorch 2.5.1
    • cu126: PyTorch 2.6.0 (was 2.8.0)
    • cu128: PyTorch 2.8.0

This ensures extensions work with all newer PyTorch versions (forward compatibility).
