v0.3 released! Improved visuals and UX

In this release, the search algorithm has been improved to now include more parameters and better accommodate partial matches. The visuals have also been improved greatly and this should make the tool easier to use to find the right command. Also squashed a bug that was causing the found command to be printed behind the command prompt.
