Gradient Tool

Currently, creating gradients in Pixelorama requires opening the Effects -> Gradient menu. While these options work, they are not very intuitive or fast for quick shading or lighting.

I would like to see a dedicated Gradient Tool added to the main toolbar.

The tool would ideally work as follows:

1. Select the Gradient Tool from the toolbar.
2. Select two colors.
3. Click and drag on the canvas to define the starting point and ending point of the gradient.
4. Release the mouse button to apply the gradient.
5. In the Tool Options, there could be settings to toggle between different dithering patterns etc.
