macOS: Developer ID signed (THARUN RAMAGIRI, 7375K23WFU), notarized and stapled — both arm64 and intel DMGs verify as Notarized Developer ID via spctl. latest-mac.yml covers all four macOS artifacts, arm64-first.
Not in this release: Windows/Linux legs (GitHub Actions billing), iOS TestFlight (Xcode Cloud authorization pending).
