Upgrade notes

If you are coming from pre-0.18.0 (not a clean install), go to settings and press the new "Download prebuilt" button for the Recommendation index. I switched to a larger embedded model and made other changes that would require a full index run. I'll upload one every now and then, so first-time users don't have to do the full 1h index run at all. Only the small daily refresh jobs.
