I've now added callback routines so that a program that uses
discount can

1. modify the urls found in `[]()` and `<link>` constructs,
as well as
2. supply extra arguments to the tags generated by `[]()`
and `<link>` constructs.

Not fully documented yet, because I'm still working on
cleanup.
