v0.2.1 · 配对和隧道的安全修复

安全修复，建议升级。

• 配对更严：已经配上的手机拿不到配对码，偷偷再配一台不行了；移除设备时换新码，并断开它的连接。
• Wi-Fi 里配的手机只在 Wi-Fi 用：同一 Wi-Fi 下配对的凭证，拿到外网地址上用不了，被人抓到也没用。之前配的设备按配对时的地址自动归类。
• 隧道：停用或卸载插件时关掉外网隧道；停隧道前核对是不是自己起的那个；下载 cloudflared 出错不会卡住，也不会让 DSH 退出。
• 更稳：开关来回点不会出现「显示已关、其实还开着」；DSH 刚启动时手机不会一直进不去；大页面原样透传。

Security fixes — please update. A paired phone can no longer read the pairing code; removing a device rotates the code and drops its connection. Credentials paired on Wi-Fi do not work through the outside tunnel. The tunnel stops when the plugin is disabled or removed.
