v0.3.0 · 包名改为 @orderg-x/dsh-mobile

包名改成 @orderg-x/dsh-mobile，现在可以从 npm 安装，以后插件市场也能提示更新（npm 上的 dsh-mobile 是别人的包）。功能没变。

从 0.2.x 升级：装上新版后，到 DSH「插件」页把旧的「dsh-mobile」移除，再重启 DSH。旧版还在时新版不会启动，只提示你移除旧版。设置都会保留；外网地址会换一个，手机重扫一次就好。

The package is now @orderg-x/dsh-mobile on npm (dsh-mobile on npm is someone else's package). Nothing else changed. Upgrading from 0.2.x: install it, remove the old "dsh-mobile" on the Plugins page and restart DSH. Settings are kept; the internet address changes once, so scan the QR code again on the phone.

dsh plugin add @orderg-x/dsh-mobile

也可以装发布包：dsh plugin add https://github.com/OrderG-X/dsh-mobile/releases/latest/download/dsh-mobile.tgz。装完重启 DSH。
