OreoDeck 0.1.0
OreoDeck v0.1.0
The first public release of OreoDeck — a native macOS app and CLI for managing
multiple isolated Claude Code profiles.
What's included
- Run subscription, OAuth, and API-key profiles side by side without sharing
credentials or session state. - Select profiles globally, per terminal tab, or for a single command.
- Use
claudenormally through the optional OreoDeck shell integration. - Pick and resume sessions from global Claude or another profile.
- Share selected MCP servers, skills, and plugins while preserving profile
isolation. - Monitor five-hour token usage and estimated API cost.
- Configure automatic profile failover when usage limits are reached.
- Manage everything from the
oreodeck/ordCLI or the native SwiftUI
dashboard and menu-bar app. - Open sessions in Terminal.app, Ghostty, iTerm2, WezTerm, Alacritty, Kitty,
Warp, Hyper, Tabby, Rio, or Wave Terminal.
Install
Download and extract the complete release archive, then run:
./install.shEnglish is selected by default; Vietnamese is available from the first
installer prompt. The release package includes prebuilt CLI binaries and the
macOS app, so end users do not need Bun, Rust, or Xcode.
OreoDeck installs oreodeck and ord into ~/.local/bin. The optional app is
installed into ~/Applications.
Requirements
- macOS 15 or later for the desktop app.
- Claude Code installed and available on
PATH.
Open-source license
OreoDeck is released under the Apache License 2.0. Third-party components keep
their respective licenses; attribution and bundled license texts are included
in the repository and macOS app bundle.
Important notes
-
OreoDeck keeps each profile in a separate
CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR. -
API keys are stored in macOS Keychain.
-
Warp, Hyper, Tabby, Rio, and Wave Terminal currently open a new window only;
OreoDeck displays a warning when manual command execution is required. -
The app is not notarized yet. If macOS quarantines it, run:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine ~/Applications/OreoDeck.app
Upgrade and removal
Re-running install.sh backs up the previously installed app before replacing
it.
