Added

• Added live Claude OAuth subscription usage refresh, with per-profile login
  state, safe re-authentication, configurable refresh intervals, and a
  non-interactive background refresh that never prompts for Keychain access.
• Subscription usage now renders every limit returned by Claude, including
  five-hour, weekly, Fable-specific, and Usage credits limits with their reset
  times.
• Added isolated Anthropic-compatible gateway profiles. Each profile stores its
  HTTPS gateway URL in config and its token only in macOS Keychain.
• Gateway profiles can optionally map Claude Code's Opus, Sonnet, Haiku, and
  Fable model families to provider-specific model IDs.
• Added an on-demand, Keychain-safe gateway connection check. It queries only
  the provider's /models endpoint and reports connected, unauthorized,
  unreachable, or unexpected-response status without sending a completion.

• Refreshed the complete macOS dashboard as the Calm Control Center: a clearer
  charcoal-and-terracotta sidebar, consistent task cards, profile detail and
  model-alias views, a current-profile Usage summary, an explicit Failover
  state, grouped CLI tools, and easier-to-scan Settings.
• Consolidated current-profile usage across the dashboard, profile detail, and
  menu bar so subscription and gateway states use the same live data.

Fixed

• Correctly identify Claude's unscoped weekly_scoped limit as the Fable
  weekly limit instead of exposing the raw API label.
• Removed subscription-usage diagnostic file logging; refreshes no longer
  create ~/.oreodeck/logs/subscription-usage.log.
