Initial full release

I haven't experienced any bugs, very untested on versions other than my own, please create an issue if there are any. E.g. maybe Horizon+ still appears on the sidebar despite being supposed to be hidden.

Initial release. All the bugs I've seen so far seem fixed? Not sure. This took days and days of debugging, hopefully it's okay now?
